Rules of Conduct
As a first step in the Rental Committee’s Recommendations they have drawn up the “Rules of Conduct” for The Peaks property. These rules were discussed and adopted at the 2008 AGM and should be understood by all owners and their invited guests and all approved renters at The Peaks.
It is suggested that owners, especially those of you who rent your suites, have a copy of the Rules of Conduct printed and laminated to be mounted or made available somewhere in your unit for information purposes for anyone using your suite.
